By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service above and below1. I will only accept upfront PayPal payments through PayPal invoices in US dollars do NOT send me money independently- and after receiving payment, I will start on your commission.2. I’ll only accept upfront or half-and-half payments depending on the amount. Payment plans can be discussed depending on the commission. (2nd payment before sending you the final illustration. Not After).3. I will refund the full amount if I hadn’t already started, and will deduct the cost of art done if you should request a refund at any point past that.4. I reserve the right to decline any commission I’m not comfortable working on, for any reason.5. You may NOT claim my work as your own, trace, recolour/redraw, or redistribute my work for profit. You may edit the art when it comes to design/detail updates and preferences6. If you are the buyer, you may post the finished commission whenever you want but please remember to credit me.7. You may use the art for any personal use as long as I'm credited. Commercial use costs an additional 300% of my base price, at which point you can use the art for any monetary gain.8. My turnaround time estimate is 4-5 days (Weekdays - Not including weekends) I will update you if it takes longer. Feel free to ask for WIPs, just don’t do it daily. Check Trello link I send you in Discord for a progress metre.9. Overall, my working hours all depend on my slots, education, and health. I'll do my best to notify you in case of delays!10. I’ll send the finished product through either discord or an email of choice.11. I reserve the rights to use/display your commission on a portfolio or on social media, but the commission can be kept private if you let me know ahead of time!12. My art cannot be used to train AI or make NFTs.
